We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Senior Staff Nurse to join a modern private day-case centre delivering high-quality outpatient and diagnostic services. You'll be part of a clinician-led team providing rapid-access diagnostics, consultations, and minor procedures across multiple specialties including Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, and more. Reporting to the Outpatient Manager, you’ll provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Clinical leadership and shift coordination
  • Delivering high-quality outpatient care and procedures
  • Staff supervision and mentoring
  • Supporting audits and governance
  • Working with consultants and MDT colleagues
  • Ensuring patient safety and smooth patient flow

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Experience leading shifts or supervising staff
