We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Senior Staff Nurse to join a modern private day-case centre delivering high-quality outpatient and diagnostic services. You'll be part of a clinician-led team providing rapid-access diagnostics, consultations, and minor procedures across multiple specialties including Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, and more. This role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities in a values-driven organisation focused on quality care and patient experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Outpatient Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient care. You'll deputise when required and support service development. Key responsibilities include clinical leadership and shift coordination, delivering high-quality outpatient care and procedures, staff supervision and mentoring, supporting audits and governance, working with consultants and MDT colleagues, and ensuring patient safety and smooth patient flow.

About You

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Outpatient experience essential
  • Experience leading shifts or supervising staff
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team
  • Patient-focused with a calm, adaptable approach
