This large and successful home provides residential, nursing and dementia care to older adults and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The service benefits from strong staffing levels, minimal agency usage and a supportive senior management team, making it an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Lead looking for their next challenge.

This role would suit an existing Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager looking to progress their career within a well-supported environment.

As Clinical Lead, you will:

  • Provide clinical leadership across nursing and care teams
  • Lead, mentor and develop nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
  • Support clinical governance, audits, care planning and compliance processes

Requirements:

  • RGN or RMN qualification with an active NMC pin
  • Previous experience working within a nursing home environment
  • Strong clinical knowledge of elderly care and dementia nursing
  • Leadership experience as a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Deputy Manager or similar role
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older adults
