Salary: £50,000 Basic Salary + £12,000 Annual Bonus (OTE £62,000) + Company Car + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a global leader within the optical healthcare sector to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager for a strategically important territory across the South West of England. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded optical professional to combine clinical credibility with commercial influence, working closely with optical practices, clinicians, and business owners to drive growth, education, and customer engagement. This is not a traditional sales role.

  • You will work closely with optical practices, clinicians, practice owners and regional stakeholders, helping customers maximise opportunities within their businesses whilst delivering commercial success across the territory.
