Compass Associates are working exclusively in partnership with a well-established and reputable care provider to recruit a highly experienced Home Manager for a medium-sized elderly care home. The home is a medium size nursing home providing nursing and dementia care. This is a key leadership opportunity, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take full operational responsibility for the home, supported by a strong senior management structure.
The Home Manager will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, ensuring excellent standards of care, strong commercial performance and positive engagement with all stakeholders. The role will suit an experienced leader who is confident managing both clinical and non-clinical environments within the private-pay market.
The Candidate
Our client is seeking a confident, established operator with a proven track record of successfully managing elderly care services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate longevity in previous roles and bring strong commercial experience. Applicants may be clinically or non-clinically qualified, although a clinical background is preferred. You will be a strong communicator, capable of leading teams effectively while working independently and making strategic decisions. You will be supported by an experienced Clinical/Regional leadership structure and a strong clinical deputy manager already in place.
