We are working with a growing elderly care provider seeking an ambitious and quality-focused Commissioning Home Manager to lead a brand-new 80-bed care home in Brentwood, Essex. The service will provide high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care within a luxury, purpose-built environment designed to offer an exceptional standard of living for residents.
The successful candidate is expected to join the business in July/August 2026, with first admissions anticipated from November 2026. This will provide the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the culture, team, systems, and reputation of the home from the very beginning. Importantly, previous commissioning experience is not essential. The provider has a dedicated Commissioning Director and experienced Regional Director in place to support the successful candidate throughout the commissioning process.
What is essential, however, is a manager with incredibly high standards, strong leadership ability, and a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
