Registered Home Manager – Nursing & Complex Dementia Care

You will take over from a long-standing Home Manager who is progressing within the wider group, ensuring a structured handover and continuity of culture. For an experienced Registered Manager passionate about dementia care, this is an opportunity to lead a flagship service and shape its next chapter.

  • Provide visible, hands-on leadership across nursing, dementia and residential services
  • Drive excellence in person-centred and dementia-focused care practice

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within elderly nursing and/or dementia services
  • Strong track record of successful CQC inspections
  • Significant experience in dementia care; experience in complex dementia environments highly advantageous
