Are you a qualified RVN wanting to support referral services and grow your skillset? Looking for a new role with state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology? Do you want to work with an experienced and friendly team?

A rare opportunity has opened for a RVN to join a hospital on the outskirts of Leeds. This hospital is a comprehensive 24/7 site which provides referral services for about 20 local practices as well as their standard 1st opinion caseload. You have the chance to rotate through all areas of the hospital from wards to theatre, allowing you to build confidence and specialise if you choose to.

As a vet nurse here, you would be able to maximise your potential as you can focus on admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients. While also having the opportunity to assist with advanced cases and surgically assist in schedule 3 procedures. If you would like to have exposure to a wide variety of cases, this is the place!

The Team:

The team consists of over 60 members of staff, including vets and nurses with postgraduate certificates across ECC, Small Animal Surgery, Medicine, Dentistry, and Anaesthesia. Ideally you will feel confident as a nurse and be enthusiastic, cheerful, and have great customer service skills.

Location: The surgery is located in the outskirts of Leeds with excellent transport links to the centre of Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Manchester, Huddersfield, Doncaster, and surrounding areas.
