Compass Associates are delighted to be working closely with one of Scotland's leading independent pharmacy groups in their search for a Pharmacy Manager to oversee one of their key sites in the Bonnybridge area. Leading the industry in providing key services for the community, this nationwide supplier is well renowned across community Pharmacy for their consistent approach to excellent standards of care and service, as well as their commitment to providing continuous professional development for their staff.

The service is currently looking for a Pharmacy Manager to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in overseeing the service within the Pharmacy on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will support the entire Pharmacy team in delivering across a range of community services including:

  • Prescription support
  • Medication services
  • Clinical advice for patients coming into the pharmacy

They will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to customers while providing an excellent standard of care through the service.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
  • Experience in Community preferred but not essential
