Overview
Compass is supporting a national provider of Residential care, who offer support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, to recruit a Registered Service Manager for their established residential service based in Manchester. The service supports 8 men.
The Candidate
As the Registered Service Manager, you will report to the Area Director and have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service. This includes leading and managing the staff team, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with CQC standards, and collaboration with the company\'s quality team. You will promote independence and personal development for the people supported, while ensuring staff wellbeing and efficient service delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and commercial management skills are essential.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for the role is up to Β£45,000 per annum plus benefits including:

Essential Criteria
Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (support for Level 4 and 5 available)
Previous experience as a Service Manager in Residential or Supported Living services
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
Knowledge of CQC standards, regulations, and quality frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Flexibility to work on a shift basis and be on call
Location
This role is based in Manchester, accessible from Warrington, Oldham, Stockport, and Bolton.
