Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Commissioning/Home Manager for their large sized Nursing/Residential Care Home. This provider is well renowned in the sector, providing luxury services to its residents. This home will have state of the art facilities, which include a Wellness Suite, Gym, Cinema and Café, reinforcing their commitment to giving their residents the lifestyle they deserve.
Candidate
The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes ideally with commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, with excellent business acumen and a proven history of managing homes within the sector. Your ability to increase the profitability of the service whilst not jeopardising the candour of care to its residents will be paramount.
Due to the nature of the role, ideally you will be a Registered Nurse with an active Pin; however, this is desired and not essential. If you are not a Registered Nurse, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to run a large Nursing and Residential service. You will be able to demonstrate your capability to work with the local community, to be the home of choice, whilst also showcasing your focus on delivering fantastic resident care. You will be able to articulate the importance of people development and how this will have a positive impact on the service. Working with the Head of departments of the service, you will build your team from the bottom up, building it to the success it will become.
