The Role
Compass Associates are working in partnership with a valued client who has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to join a well-performing nursing home based near the Solihull area. The home provides nursing, dementia, and residential care, and is seeking a clinically strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents. The successful candidate will have a proven background in nursing home environments, experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and a minimum of two years experience in a senior clinical leadership role such as Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
- Previous nursing home experience
- Strong background in elderly and dementia nursing

Interview Process
This is a two-stage interview process:
- Stage 1: Interview with the Home Manager
- Stage 2: Formal interview with the Home Manager and Operations Manager

The home is based near Solihull area and is commutable from Birmingham, Dorridge, Alvechurch, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Redditch, Studley, Marston Green and Bromsgrove.
