The Role:

Compass Associates are retained on an exclusive search for an incoming Home Manager on behalf of a well-established, values-led elderly care provider. This is a significant leadership appointment within a nursing, residential and dementia service in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. The successful candidate will take full ownership of quality, workforce, commercial performance and stakeholder relationships, working closely with a hands-on Regional Director and an engaged Divisional team. The remit is mandate-led and genuinely broad. The group is investing in senior leadership across the region and is looking for a Home Manager with the credibility and drive to reset quality, rebuild reputation locally, and take the service into a sustained Good rating and beyond.

Candidate:

We are seeking a values-driven, credible and commercially astute leader with genuine change management experience. You will combine clinical credibility (or strong governance oversight if non-nurse) with the confidence to lead across sales and marketing, workforce development and quality assurance in equal measure. You will be comfortable using data to inform decisions and equally comfortable in front of families, commissioners and regulators. Experience of leading larger nursing services, delivering CQC improvement, or sustaining Good and Outstanding outcomes without agency reliance will be central. Above all, the successful candidate will be motivated by purpose and by the visible human impact of strong operational leadership.

On-site at the home, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.
