The Role
As Registered Home Manager, you will:
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership across all aspects of residential and dementia care
- Lead, motivate, and retain a skilled and committed team
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, internal quality standards, and safeguarding policies
- Oversee operational performance, including occupancy, budgets, and resources
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and best-practice care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community

About You
We are seeking a Registered Home Manager with:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- A strong track record with CQC inspections and compliance
