Key Responsibilities

• Balance leadership duties with a teaching commitment.
• Oversee high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
• Drive curriculum development, ensuring it meets the needs of our SEMH learners.
• Lead and support CPD initiatives for staff.
• Conduct learning walks and provide feedback to develop teaching practice.

Manage small teaching teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and positive staff culture.
