We are working with a highly regarded elderly care provider seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a large nursing and residential care home. The service is currently performing well, with good occupancy, a strong private fee payer mix of approximately 70%, and no reliance on agency staffing.
The home currently holds a Good CQC rating, and the provider’s ambition is to progress the service to Outstanding. This role would suit a motivated and quality-focused leader who enjoys building on strong foundations and driving services toward the very highest standards. They provide their home managers with lots of autonomy and support to run the home the way that they need to.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a large nursing and residential care home.
