Compass Associates are proud to work with a leading healthcare provider seeking a qualified and experienced Audiologist to join their community-based ENT service. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality diagnostic services to NHS patients referred by local GPs, contributing to an integrated and patient-focused pathway.
- Ensure timely referrals to ENT Doctors for further assessment or secondary care where clinically appropriate.
- Adhere to clinical governance protocols including incident reporting and significant event analysis.
- Collaborate with local ENT and audiology services to support seamless patient pathways.
- Work in line with the service specifications for community ENT contracts.
Previous experience working as an Audiologist in an NHS or similar clinical setting.
Knowledge of ENT referral pathways and NHS clinical protocols.
Proficiency in the use of audiology diagnostic equipment and patient record systems.
Degree in Audiology or equivalent.
Membership of a recognised professional body.
Competitive Salary Depending on Experience.
Tier 2 / Skilled worker visa sponsorship available.
