Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser – Leading Independent Audiology Clinic

Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary

Commission: Uncapped, realistic OTE £65,000–£80,000

Employment Type: Full time preferred (Monday–Friday 9:00–5:30), some Saturday work required (1 in 4)

Visa Sponsorship: Available (Skilled Worker / Tier 2)

About the Role

Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing independent audiology provider renowned for its clinical excellence, advanced technology, and patient-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to work at one of the London clinics — a well-established site offering both hearing care and ear wax removal services.

This is a unique opportunity for a confident, commercially aware clinician to take ownership of a busy clinic, deliver exceptional hearing care, and play a key role in shaping its future.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Running full hearing assessment clinics and fittings using industry-leading technology
  • Providing micro suction ear wax removal and supporting clinical excellence
  • Recommending tailored hearing aid solutions and delivering outstanding aftercare
  • Managing your own diary and maintaining high service standards
  • Driving commercial performance and contributing to the continued growth of the Forest Row site
  • Collaborating with a small, supportive clinical and admin team

What We\'re Looking For

  • HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (or qualified Audiologist eligible for registration)
  • Strong commercial audiology experience with confidence in private practice sales
  • Competence in micro suction (training provided if needed)
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a busy clinical schedule
  • Professional, punctual, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience

The Package

  • Basic salary: £45,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
  • 33 Days Annual Leave – 25+8 Bank Holidays
  • Uncapped commission – OTE £65,000–£80,000+
  • Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 (with a 45-minute paid lunch break and two short breaks)
  • Saturday work occasionally required
  • Visa sponsorship available (Skilled Worker)

  • Initial video interview with the CEO (Teams)
  • Working interview (half day) at Clinic – a practical session to demonstrate clinical competence (micro suction and patient handling).
