Compass Associates are proud to be partnered with a leading independent healthcare provider in their search for an Advanced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a specialist inpatient therapy service at a highly respected central London facility. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking team delivering complex care to children and infants within a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.
You will be joining a dedicated occupational therapy team working solely within inpatient services (no outpatient or day case responsibilities). The caseload is diverse, including a variety of complex care to all ages in paediatrics. You will take a proactive role in both treatment and service development, supervising junior staff and supporting department-wide projects alongside the Lead OT.
This role requires:
- A qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year at Band 7 level, or extensive experience at Band 6 with leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience in paediatrics within a hospital and inpatient environment
- Confidence in working with a wide range of clinical complex care
- A collaborative approach to working in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience mentoring or training junior staff
