Overview
Compass Associates is collaborating with a leading UK-based digital mental health provider delivering remote psychiatric assessments and treatments for ADHD, ASD and ill-mental health. The client operates at national scale, supporting NHS and private patients through a tech-enabled, fully remote model.
Together, we are looking for dedicated Nurses, Pharmacists or Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists and Psychologists) with an Independent Prescribing qualification to bolster the ADHD Independent Prescriber workforce due to rising referral demand.
Work Pattern
- Minimum 24 hours per week (3 x 8-hour days)
- Hours up to full-time available (40 hours per week)
- Service operates between 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday, allowing a start time around 12pm to fit daily hours
Location
Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK
Criteria
- Evidence of clinical qualification (NMC registered Nurse, GPhC registered Pharmacist or HCPC Registered AHP)
- Minimum 1 year of experience prescribing medication for ADHD, including initiation for newly diagnosed patients, titration, review and long-term management
Salary and Benefits
This ADHD Prescriber role pays £61,000 per annum (FTE) with the potential for prorated earnings based on experience and an industry-leading benefits package:
- £1,000 per annum Work from Home Allowance (pro-rata)

What you’ll be doing
- Independently prescribing ADHD medications for adults in line with NICE guidelines
- Managing caseloads across titration and maintenance phases
- Conducting reviews to ensure safe, effective, and personalised care
- Responding to patient queries via a secure clinical portal
- Collaborating with consultant psychiatrists and MDT colleagues
- Supporting governance, audits and service improvement initiatives
