Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the integration of an acquired organisation through a series of software and infrastructure projects.
- Develop, manage and oversee the delivery of project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Engage with key stakeholders across both organisations to ensure smooth transition and alignment and ensure the change is managed in a way aligned with the Swanton ETHOS.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful integration.
- Facilitate communication and change management activities to support staff and service continuity.
- Report progress to senior leadership and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
About You
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and engagement abilities.
- Adaptability, Resilience and experience in managing change.
- Pragmatic problem-solving capabilities, being able to flex to ensure the successful outcomes of the projects.
- Understanding of social care service delivery (desirable)

Person Specification
- Extensive knowledge of OFSTED and children’s care legislation
- Experience in a quality role ideally within a children’s residential setting
- Ability to self-motivate, work independently and prioritise effectivel
- Able to maintain a sense of objectivity whilst building good relationships with other
- Must be a driver with own car
- Role will involve regular travel and occasional overnight stays
