LOCATION: West of Scotland and Northern Services
Compass Associates are supporting a respected, values-led social care organisation in the recruitment of a Regional Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of adult services across the West of Scotland and wider northern regions. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping service delivery, strengthening governance, quality and supporting future service development within a growing and ambitious organisation.
THE ROLE
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of housing support and outreach services
- Leading, coaching and supporting Service Managers and senior teams
- Oversight of service delivery, quality and performance across the region
- Strengthening governance, inspection readiness and regulatory relationships
- Working closely with Local Authority Commissioners and sector regulators
- Supporting service consolidation, development and growth opportunities
- Embedding a positive, supportive leadership culture aligned with advanced autism practice
This role offers a balance of strategic influence and visible leadership, with scope to shape services and contribute to longer-term organisational growth.
ABOUT YOU
This opportunity will suit an experienced social care leader who brings:
- A relevant professional qualification and senior management experience
- A strong track record of leading multi-site or complex service portfolios
- Confidence working with regulators, commissioners and external stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, coaching and influencing skills

LOCATION AND WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
The role covers services across the West of Scotland and wider northern regions. Location is flexible, with a blend of home working and travel to regional offices and services as required.
CANDIDATE SUITABILITY NOTE
