What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivery across our mission teams, ensuring complex initiatives land with pace, precision, and measurable business value. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and business leaders to drive outcomes that matter. By fostering an Agile culture of continuous improvement, you’ll remove barriers, manage dependencies, and accelerate delivery performance – ensuring teams are empowered to do their best work and our customers see the impact.

What You’ll Bring

You are an accomplished delivery manager with a proven record of driving delivery excellence in complex, fast-moving environments. With experience in Agile delivery, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data and insight to inform decisions and sharpen delivery performance. You inspire confidence in stakeholders, balancing empathy with influence to build trust and alignment across diverse teams. Above all, you thrive in complexity, bring structure where there is ambiguity, and have the presence to motivate teams, resolve challenges swiftly, and deliver change that makes a real impact.
