What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the SEO team with analysis of organic performance, spotting trends, opportunities and areas for growth across our website.
- Helping to monitor and report on rankings, traffic and conversion metrics, using data to inform prioritisation and next steps.
- Assisting with on-page and technical SEO tasks, including audits, testing and implementation support.
- Working closely with colleagues across SEO, CRO, content and tech to understand how changes impact organic performance.
- Learning how to run and optimise SEO experiments, building a strong foundation in growth-led, data-driven SEO.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and genuinely interested in how websites grow. You don’t need prior SEO experience, but you do need a strong appetite for learning, a comfort with data, and a desire to understand why things perform the way they do. You’ll enjoy problem-solving, asking questions, and turning insights into action. You’re likely someone who is organised, proactive and not afraid to get stuck into detail, while also being able to step back and see the bigger picture. An interest in digital marketing, analytics, experimentation or growth is key, as is a willingness to learn from others and develop your skills over time. Above all, we want someone who is motivated, open-minded and excited by the idea of building a career in SEO and organic growth.
