What you'll be doing:

  • Design and evolve the Product Operating Model, including frameworks, systems, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Enable product teams to move faster and make better decisions through improved insight, processes, and communication
  • Define and maintain operational standards across the product lifecycle, including discovery, experimentation, and planning
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce overhead and accelerate insight generation
  • Establish knowledge management practices and a single source of truth for product strategy, outcomes, and insights
  • Evaluate and manage product tooling ecosystems to support scalable and effective product workflows
  • Drive adoption of modern product practices and AI-enabled ways of working across teams
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve execution and ensure teams have the capabilities needed to deliver value

What we're looking for:

  • You’ll bring significant experience in Product Operations or Product Management within a scaled digital organisation, with a deep understanding of modern product practices such as discovery, experimentation, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
  • You’ll have experience designing and implementing product operating models, alongside a strong track record of improving processes, tooling, and team effectiveness.
  • You’re comfortable working with ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change across organisations.
  • You’ll also have strong analytical skills, experience working with product tooling ecosystems (including AI-enabled tools), and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insight.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience driving adoption of new ways of working are essential.
