As the Senior Executive – Brand Media & Planning, you’ll support the development, execution and optimisation of media campaigns across key channels including AV, social media, digital and OOH, ensuring activity is delivered effectively, on time and within budget. The role will work closely with media agencies, internal stakeholders and wider marketing teams to support campaign planning, performance reporting and ongoing optimisation. The Senior Media Executive will play a key role in translating brand and campaign objectives into effective media execution and helping identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness and efficiency.

- Support the development and implementation of media campaign plans across all channels.
- Coordinate campaign activation with media agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure campaign activity is delivered accurately and to agreed timelines.
- Support the implementation of testing and learning initiatives within media plans.
- Monitor media and campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboard updates for stakeholders.
- Analyse campaign results and identify actionable insights to optimise future activity.
- Track performance against benchmarks and historical campaign results.
- Support the management and tracking of media budgets and spend.
- Work with finance and agency teams to ensure accurate budget reporting.
- Help maintain campaign documentation, approvals and governance processes.
- Contribute to post-campaign evaluations and learning reviews.
- Support the delivery of optimisation recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROMI.
- Stay informed of media channel developments and emerging consumer trends.
