- Drive Strategic Vision
Drive the strategic direction, setting architectural and delivery standards across multiple teams. - Lead High-Impact Delivery
Be accountable for the delivery performance and operational health of teams. Ensure alignment with product and technical strategy, roadmap, and company goals through strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Own key delivery milestones, KPIs, and metrics for engineering effectiveness. - Build and Grow High-Performing Teams
Hire, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams. Establish clear career pathways, promote succession planning, and support personal and professional growth at all levels. - Engage Stakeholders and Drive Outcomes
Act as a key technology partner to senior stakeholders across the business. Ensure that engineering aligns with broader technology goals, company risk controls, and compliance requirements. - Drive Operational and Engineering Excellence
Use metrics and data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Ensure delivery aligns with the roadmap and company strategy while maintaining our engineering standards. Promote and champion adoption of AI tooling and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce toil.
