This individual will own and drive the customer account experience across App and Web. You’ll define and deliver a cohesive strategy to improve sign-in and account creation, reduce friction, and create compelling reasons for customers to hold and return to an account. You’ll partner with other Product Managers to implement the strategy and work closely with engineering teams to bring your vision to life.

This role is within the commercial division, is fast-paced, exciting, and requires adaptability to change.
Some main responsibilities include:
- Define and own the strategy for customer accounts across web and app.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to align and deliver the account strategy.
- Improve sign-in and account creation journeys to increase satisfaction and reduce friction.
- Champion the value of holding an account and promote adoption.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
- Use customer insights and data to refine experiences.
