As a PPC Executive at Compare the Market, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact, data-fuelled campaigns that connect millions with smarter financial choices. Working with market-leading tools, agency partners and people across the Compare the Market team, you’ll have the autonomy to test, learn, and optimise at pace. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the continuous optimisation of PPC campaigns, refining account structures, targeting, bidding, and creative assets for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with our PPC agency and key partners like Google and Microsoft to stay ahead of best practices and industry trends.
• Dive into data using tools like Search Ads 360, Power BI, and Google Analytics to uncover insights, identify performance shifts, and spot growth opportunities.
• Contribute to regular performance reviews, offering compelling insights on trends and competitive movement.
• Plan and run A/B tests across ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to drive performance innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on PPC experience, managing large and/or complex accounts.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Ads.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
• A collaborative, dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
