As a Platform Engineer (AI Native Enablement), you will build the internal tooling and infrastructure that enables safe, scalable, and efficient GenAI-native software development. You’ll operate inside the engineering team while contributing to the broader AI Platforms strategy.

Some of the great things you’ll do:
- Extend CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and developer workflows to support agent-based systems
- Design and deliver internal tools that support agent orchestration and runtime controls
- Implement integration patterns for GenAI tooling and the Model Context Protocol
- Collaborate with software engineers to embed platform features into day-to-day delivery
- Align with the AI Platforms virtual team to ensure consistency and scalability
What we’d like to see from you:
- Platform or DevOps engineering experience in cloud-native environments, ideally AWS
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and developer productivity tooling
- Familiarity with or appetite to learn:
- Model Context Protocol and agent orchestration interfaces
- LLM runtime integration, embeddings, and vector stores
- Observability, traceability, and guardrails for agent-driven systems
What will success look like:
- Platform tooling is reliable, adopted, and accelerates development
- Engineers can build and deploy AI-native features with minimal friction
- Infrastructure is well-documented, observable, and easy to extend
- Platform improvements are proactive and directly tied to team velocity
