We’relooking for an organised, delivery-focused individual who can shape demand into a prioritised backlog, remove blockers, manage dependencies and risks, and keep senior stakeholders clear onwhat’sin, what’snext andwhat’snot.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive delivery execution across a cross functional team, sequencing work for impact and keeping momentum without adding unnecessary process overhead.
- Run structured intake and prioritisation, balancing demand from all business functions and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Own and maintain a backlog sequenced around revenue impact, business strategy and delivery capacity.
- Partner with engineering and AI specialists to translate business opportunities into scoped, deliverable AI use cases with clear success measures.
- Manage dependencies across teams and systems, particularly where team outputs feed other initiatives or consume shared platform capabilities.
- Use delivery flow metrics, including lead time to value, to understand performance and identify constraints from idea to impact.
- Give senior stakeholders clear, current visibility on pipeline, progress, risk, roadmap priorities and upcoming decisions.
- Own visibility on the shared AI platform, tracking how individual use cases contribute to and draw on shared capabilities.
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong delivery execution experience, including sequencing, dependency management, risk management and maintaining pace.
- Credibility working with engineers and AI specialists, with the confidence to discuss technical trade-offs and delivery considerations.
- Clear communication skills across technical and commercial audiences, with the ability to create shared understanding and visibility.
- Experience running intake and prioritisation processes where demand exceeds capacity.
- Ability to translate business opportunities into prioritised, measurable AI initiatives.
- Good judgement when making platform-versus-product decisions, balancing local delivery needs with reuse and standardisation opportunities.
- Experience with agentic delivery is a plus - understanding how agents as active participants in building and testing software reshapes not just how teams deliver, but how the business itself operates.
Exposure to regulated environments, such as FCA-regulated settings, would be beneficial.
