Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in bringing brilliant people into the business. We are now looking for an Emerging Talent Specialist (6-month FTC) to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Emerging Talent, Talent Acquisition activity and Learning and Development, including attraction, recruitment, learning and talent development and programme delivery, while developing valuable stakeholder management and people skills.

You'll support in delivering recruitment campaigns, help coordinate Emerging Talent initiatives, and play a key role in creating an excellent experience for candidates, managers and emerging talent across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the delivery of our Emerging Talent recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate assessment centres, interviews, onboarding activity and candidate communications across the Emerging Talent lifecycle.
  • Provide support across Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development activities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support across all Emerging Talent programmes and Talent Acquisition, helping to create an outstanding experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage recruitment and learning systems, reporting, online assessments and programme documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to deliver an excellent recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support talent attraction activities, including careers events, employer branding initiatives and partnership engagement.
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, data accuracy and process excellence across the wider Talent team.
  • Contribute to wider Talent, Learning and Development and People team initiatives.

What you will learn:

Through hands-on experience within the wider Talent team, you'll develop a broad understanding of attraction and recruitment, talent development and learning and development. You'll gain experience managing attraction campaigns, recruitment activity and learning and talent development initiatives, while building your stakeholder management and project coordination skills. You'll also develop an understanding of how Emerging Talent programmes support future workforce capability, succession planning and business growth, creating a strong foundation for a career in Talent, Learning and Development or broader People functions.
