We have a rare opportunity to join CTM in a Senior strategy role. In this role, you will work at pace, immersed across product, data, tech and Commercial Teams to help review and deliver opportunities for CtM. You will be able to use your knowledge, and business acumen to explore both the existing portfolio and also to identify new opportunities to implement meaningful commercial and/or customer outcomes; Driving delivery of the change, this is very much a ‘hands-on’ role whereby the role-holder will be a key part of successful delivery of initiatives.
Alongside this, the role holder will be responsible for delivering and supporting annual strategy process group wide, as well as business area strategies on an ad-hoc basis, and any ad-hoc M&A opportunities. The role-holder will need to work effectively with subject matter experts across the business and be comfortable influencing at Exec level. There will be lots of positive exposure in this role. We’ve carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we’re looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assessing, prioritising, and driving the delivery of new (or the enhancement of existing) initiatives, with the customer and ROI at the heart of each decision
- Find innovative ways to drive performance
- Constructively challenge with a view to enhancing commercial performance and service quality
- Build, get buy-in for and agree business plans for new (or changing existing) opportunities – including investment appraisal
- Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and Company rules for all initiatives undertaken
- Role model the customer-first mentality to shape commercial propositions & deliver great customer outcomes
- Work with CtM colleagues to frame opportunities and enable hyper effective prioritisation
- Coach and develop colleagues as appropriate when leading virtual teams
- Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, especially at Exec / ELT level
