We’re looking for a creative, organised and delivery-focused individual who can bring fresh ideas to life, build strong internal networks and help showcase what makes CtM a standout place to build a career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain a strong, current employer brand aligned to the target talent needs of the business, helping CtM be recognised as a leading employer for tech, data and AI skills, as well as broader recruitment.
- Identify, collate, curate and publish content across channels including LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our careers website to keep our “shop window” for life at CtM current and dynamic.
- Support a thought leadership programme for key individuals, helping amplify CtM as a place to build a career and recognising that talent attracts talent.
- Proactively identify content from internal and external communications that can be translated into engaging employer brand activity.
- Identify key events where CtM should have a presence and coordinate the organisation’s employer brand activity at those events.
- Spot opportunities to amplify CtM’s employer brand through activity such as merchandise, partnerships and one-off projects.
- Manage projects to budget, delivering clear outputs on time and measuring outcomes against agreed targets.
