Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in bringing brilliant people into the business. We are now looking for a HR & Talent Apprentice to join us while completing a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, HR systems, and operational support - while developing valuable business and people skills. You'll support the delivery of hiring across the business, help maintain strong governance standards, and build foundational HR operational capability within the People function.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support day-to-day recruitment delivery across the business
- Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and candidate communications
- Manage recruitment systems, reporting and online assessments
- Ensure strong governance, compliance and data accuracy
- Provide operational support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
- Support wider Talent and HR initiatives
What you will learn:
Through your Apprenticeship and hands-on experience in the Talent team, you'll build a strong foundation in HR and recruitment operations. You'll develop knowledge of hiring processes, employment compliance and assessment governance, alongside practical skills in systems management, reporting and stakeholder communication. You'll gain exposure to workforce planning and talent strategy while building professional confidence, organisational capability and business awareness, creating a clear pathway into future roles within Talent Acquisition or broader HR.
