What you’ll be doing:
- Jump into projects – work on ad hoc projects, analysing, researching and improving HR services and processes.
- Support colleagues and line managers by resolving their queries and providing advice and guidance on general HR matters through our multiple channels (comms channels, email, calls and in-person).
- Work on key internal projects focusing on AI.
- Generate ideas to improve processes, documentation and ways of working across HR Support.
- Support HR change initiatives including employee relations matters.

What we’re looking for:
- A high level of professionalism – to be discrete, reliable and trustworthy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of communicating with people at all levels.

- Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Studying a degree in any field (HR or related subject is preferable).
This role is for 10 weeks starting in July 2026. It will be based at our Peterborough office and is ideal for someone heading into their final year at University.
