What you’ll be doing
- Jump into projects – work on HR-related projects, analysing, researching and improving HR services and processes.
- Support colleagues and line managers by resolving their queries and providing advice and guidance on general HR matters through our multiple channels (comms channels, email, calls and in-person).
- Work on key internal projects focusing on AI.
- Generate ideas to improve processes, documentation and ways of working across HR Support.
- Support HR change initiatives including employee relations matters.

What we’re looking for
