We’re looking for a creative, organised and delivery-focused individual who can bring fresh ideas to life, build strong internal networks and help showcase what makes Compare the Market a standout place to build a career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain a strong, current employer brand aligned to the target talent needs of the business, helping Compare the Market be recognised as a leading employer for tech, data and AI skills, as well as broader recruitment.
  • Identify, collate, curate and publish content across channels including LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our careers website to keep our “shop window” for life at Compare the Market current and dynamic.
  • Support a thought leadership programme for key individuals, helping amplify Compare the Market as a place to build a career and recognising that talent attracts talent.
  • Proactively identify content from internal and external communications that can be translated into engaging employer brand activity.
  • Identify key events where Compare the Market should have a presence and coordinate the organisation’s employer brand activity at those events.
  • Spot opportunities to amplify Compare the Market's employer brand through activity such as merchandise, partnerships and one-off projects.
  • Manage projects to budget, delivering clear outputs on time and measuring outcomes against agreed targets.
