What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate vulnerability management activities across the business, embedding strong, risk‑based security practices.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts to drive effective vulnerability identification, analysis, and remediation.
  • Provide expert guidance on vulnerabilities, translating technical risks into clear, business‑relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security, Engineering, and resolver teams to integrate security into the SDLC.
  • Oversee vulnerability scanning, testing, and tooling, ensuring effective performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse cyber threat intelligence to identify emerging risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Produce and present regular reporting on vulnerability performance, trends, and risk exposure.
  • Align vulnerability management practices with industry frameworks such as NIST and evolving threat landscapes.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ll bring hands‑on experience in vulnerability management, alongside a strong understanding of modern cyber threats and defence strategies, including the Cyber Kill Chain.
  • You’re confident working with vulnerability assessment tools and interpreting their outputs to drive meaningful action.
  • You’ll be curious to explore and integrate new workflows and technologies both around and with AI to maximise its impact for your team!
  • You’ll have experience leading and developing teams, fostering a high‑performance culture, and ensuring effective delivery across vulnerability management activities.
  • You’re able to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders, supporting informed, risk‑based decision making.
  • You’ll also bring experience working with cyber threat intelligence, understanding how to apply it to threat modelling and prioritisation.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams are essential, as is a continuous improvement mindset.
