You’ll work in a highly collaborative optimisation team focused on building fast, intelligent, and search-friendly web experiences that perform strongly across traditional search and emerging AI-driven surfaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver SEO and CRO initiatives in line with agreed strategies and priorities to support organic traffic growth and conversion improvement.
- Execute on-page SEO optimisations across key pages, ensuring best practice implementation across content, metadata, internal linking, and page structure.
- Support the planning, delivery, and analysis of SEO and CRO tests, including A/B and experimentation initiatives, to improve user journeys and performance.
- Use analytics and optimisation tools (e.g. GA4, Search Console, Power BI, FullStory, Split.io) to monitor performance, analyse user behaviour, and identify actionable optimisation opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis, with an eye on AI Overviews, generative search results, and evolving ranking signals.
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Content, Engineering, and Analytics teams to embed SEO and CRO best practices into website changes and ongoing development.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience delivering SEO optimisation, with an understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of search, with a desire to test, learn, and evolve ways of working.
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in SEO tooling (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
