We are recruiting for a Lead Senior UX Designer. This role will envision and shape the future customer journey, setting a clear design direction that elevates our digital experiences. Translating insight into impact, using data, research, and behavioural understanding to guide strategic product decisions, it will illuminate opportunities across the business by showcasing tools, visuals, and storytelling that bring customer engagement to life. This role will strengthen and evolve our design system, creating a consistent visual language that enhances brand, clarity, and delight.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion a culture of modern design thinking, elevating the focus on app-led experiences while influencing how teams approach digital experience design across all platforms.
- Deliver, articulate, and present high-quality design solutions that are well-defined, validated, and clearly communicated—driving increased customer trust, deeper engagement, and measurable business value.
- Use customer insight, behavioural data, and creative problem-solving to uncover opportunities, define problems, and design meaningful solutions that address real user needs.
- Shape the strategic direction of UX, contributing to long-term vision while guiding UI, interaction design, and overall product experience quality.
- Advocate confidently for the customer, ensuring user needs and ethical design principles are represented in conversations, decisions, and prioritisation across the business.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, data, marketing, and leadership.
