This role sits at the heart of CTM's system capability β the technology, data and AI foundations that power our business today and shape its future. Partnering with the COO and Technology & Data leadership teams, you'll bring financial discipline, commercial curiosity, and ROI focus to investment spend (both internal time and external cost), ensuring CTM builds capability that delivers measurable and lasting value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive ROI and returns focus across Tech and Data, ensuring investment decisions are linked to and grounded in clear commercial outcomes.
- Partner the COO and ELT Tech & Data leads to challenge, support and prioritise spend to deliver the best value for money.
- Build robust business cases and KPI/benefit tracking for Capability missions, balancing innovation, cost efficiency and risk.
- Drive clarity of total cost of ownership (TCO) across systems, platforms and tools, highlighting opportunities for simplification or reinvestment.
- Quantify and articulate the commercial value of data, AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives, linking technical capability to customer and financial outcomes.
- Embed ROI and KPI frameworks in delivery forums, helping Tech and Data leaders make investment decisions based on value creation.
