By joining the Home Services team in Compare the Market, you will be part of the epicentre of our strategy to support our customers to make an increasingly broad range of brilliant financial decisions. We're all about breadth, working hand in hand with partners, our Product and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experience across a rich and diverse range of sectors, including insurance, communications and utilities. We're constantly identifying and acting on opportunities to grow in existing and new product areas, ensuring Compare the Market stays at the front end of innovation and that our customers get brilliant value and support when making a wide range of financial decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying opportunities and shaping and delivering business plans to drive performance across key growth categories
- Finding innovative ways to deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers and partners
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to take new commercial propositions to market
- Developing and managing strong relationships with partners, and negotiating commercial terms that deliver great value for customers
- Coordinating business stakeholders to define and deliver on ambitious shared goals
- Leading the delivery of new (or the enhancement of existing) Product and Partnership initiatives
- Leading and driving contracting processes and the onboarding of new partners, then owning and managing our commercial performance with them
- Continuously seeking out opportunities to improve commercial performance and processes to deliver stronger outcomes for our business, partners, and customers
