What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, plan and deliver engaging CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, on-site experiences and performance marketing channels, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives.
  • Use customer data and insights to create highly targeted, personalised campaigns that deliver meaningful customer experiences and optimise campaign performance.
  • Leverage CRM technologies, including Braze and Movable Ink, to build dynamic, personalised content and deliver best-in-class customer communications.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign strategy, improve customer engagement and maximise results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agile delivery squads to deliver high-quality CRM campaigns while ensuring compliance with FCA, GDPR and internal governance standards.

  • Proven experience developing and delivering CRM campaigns, with a strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing and personalisation across multiple channels.
  • Confidence using CRM platforms such as Braze and Movable Ink to create engaging customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to turn data and customer insights into effective campaign strategies.
  • Comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and bringing creativity, innovation and a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
