What You’ll Be Doing Work collaboratively with Senior Engineers to deliver high‑quality, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis. Develop your technical skills in SQL, Python and modern data tools such as dbt, Databricks and AWS Redshift. Support the testing, documentation and monitoring of data workflows to ensure accuracy, quality and performance. Contribute ideas and learn within an agile, supportive team environment, helping to drive innovation in analytics engineering. What We’re Looking For Basic knowledge of SQL and an interest in learning a scripting language such as Python. An understanding of how data is used to inform insights and decision‑making. A proactive approach to developing new technical skills and seeking feedback. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. A degree (or equivalent experience) in a STEM, computing, or data‑related field (you’ll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree). Why Compare the Market?
