This is a varied role, providing processing support across a range of finance activities including purchase ledger, sales ledger, expenses, and cash management. Supporting the Financial Operations Executives, the role focuses on accurate and timely transaction processing, operating within agreed processes and controls. It plays a key role in maintaining high-quality financial records and supporting day-to-day operational finance activity, ensuring stakeholders across the business and external partners receive a reliable and professional service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Raise partner invoices accurately and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Process supplier invoices for payment, which will include checking details in our finance system, PO matching, and chasing business approvals.
  • Process employee expense claims in line with the travel and expenses policy.
  • Post daily bank transactions and assist with cash allocations.
  • Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to routine queries from internal teams and external suppliers or partners.
  • Flag discrepancies, delays, or issues to Financial Operations Executives for resolution.
  • Maintain organised records of financial transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support wider Finance Operations team with other processing tasks as needed.
