What you'll be doing:
- Lead and optimise paid digital campaigns across social, display, affiliates, and app acquisition channels to drive scalable customer growth.
- Manage app acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Apple, and Google ecosystems.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and budget optimisation.
- Analyse campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and agency teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and deliver against wider business objectives.
- Support the expansion of paid media activity across additional acquisition channels and evolving digital platforms.
- Drive efficient and scalable customer acquisition while improving app installs and return on investment.
What we're looking for:
- You’ll bring strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, within app acquisition and performance marketing environments.
- You’re comfortable optimising campaigns against key metrics including CPI, CPA, and ROAS, and have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- You’ll have experience working in fast-paced digital marketing environments, balancing multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
- Collaboration is key in this role, so strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to work effectively with agencies and cross-functional teams.
