As a Digital Analytics Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining analytics tracking solutions to ensure accurate and reliable data collection across digital platforms. Working closely with product, engineering, and data teams, you will implement measurement frameworks, troubleshoot tracking issues, and contribute to improving analytics best practices. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective tracking solutions. You will be expected to take ownership of key implementation tasks while collaborating with senior team members to refine processes and enhance data quality.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
- Implement event-based tracking solutions across web and mobile platforms using analytics frameworks and tag management systems.
- Ensure data quality by conducting QA, debugging, and troubleshooting tracking issues in collaboration with engineers.
- Maintain and optimize analytics tagging configurations to support evolving business needs.
- Work with product teams and analysts to translate measurement requirements into technical implementation plans.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and developers to integrate analytics solutions into digital platforms.
- Communicate tracking implementation progress and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Follow established best practices for analytics implementation, contributing to documentation and process improvements.
- Participate in peer reviews of tracking implementations, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Stay up to date with evolving analytics technologies, contributing ideas for improvements in measurement strategies.
- Identify and address common tracking issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Support the exploration of new analytics capabilities, such as privacy-first tracking solutions or server-side tagging.
- Contribute to automation efforts for testing and validating analytics tracking.
What we’d like to see from you:
- Experience implementing digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of event-based tracking, tag management systems, and data layer design.
- Ability to debug tracking issues and work with developers to ensure correct implementation.
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on tracking strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with tag management systems and server-side tracking, ideally using Tealium iQ, Tealium EventStream, and Tealium AudienceStream.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event-driven tracking frameworks.
- Exposure to automated tracking validation and QA tools, such as ObservePoint.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks or conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Understanding of data engineering principles related to analytics pipelines and integrations.
