As BI Analyst, you support decision making about CTM’s customers, products and services. You will ensure reporting requirements are captured and delivered successfully, to ensure the business has access to timely, accurate and relevant information. You will develop deep knowledge of our data, metrics, and platform and look for opportunities to enhance the existing data platform and self-service capabilities. You will play a key role in instilling an agile, data-driven culture across CTM.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:

1. Collaborate effectively across teams to understand requirements and scope of reporting requests.
2. Build and maintain data sets and reports to meet business requirements, using GA4, SQL, and BI tools.
3. Ensure data is visualised for maximum impact.
4. Use your inquisitive mindset to gain an understanding of our data, performance metrics, and reporting capabilities.
5. Perform data analysis, developing and optimising queries and reports.
6. Share knowledge and provide guidance to business users on BI tools, GA4, and business reports.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for business to self-serve.
8. Ensure any data quality issues are logged and escalated where appropriate.
9. Actively contribute within team meetings and identify improvements to ways of working.
10. Demonstrate and promote the value of data within CTM.
11. Develop and champion agile, data-driven approaches (e.g., test and learn).

What we’d like to see from you:

1. An inquisitive mindset with a natural curiosity to solve problems, explore data, and get to the right answer.
2. Strong team player with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
3. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
4. Solid SQL knowledge.
5. Experience of Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Modelling, Data Visualisation for impactful insights, Flows, Apps) or other BI tooling (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
6. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
