As the Senior Service Delivery Analyst, you will act as a key point for CtMs Service Management activities to ensure that we provide a first-class service to our customers. You will ensure our processes meet the needs of the business by applying a \’value first\’ principle and reviewing them regularly. You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Shape, deliver, and maintain the Service Management roadmap aligned with business needs and strategic goals.
- Define, document, and promote core Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Champion a culture of continual service improvement, recommending and implementing efficiencies, resilience, and reliability enhancements.
- Support major incident management, including stakeholder communication and coordination.
- Coach and mentor Service Management Analysts for their professional growth.
- Generate monthly service reports with trend and performance analysis.
- Increase process maturity by engaging and educating stakeholders.
- Support out-of-hours incident management on a rota basis.
What We’d Like To See From You
- Experience in IT Operations or Service Management.
- Proven knowledge of ITIL-aligned processes, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ability to coach others and promote best practices.
- ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification preferred.
